There are websites that provide questions and answers for a huge range of topics. This is a gold mine of information just waiting to be tapped.

A user on one of these Question and Answer web sites can ask a “question” on a particular subject and other users of the site can put forward answers to it and the answers can be voted on (and then sorted by) relevance (more votes meaning more relevance). All of the responses can be seen online.

These Question and Answer web sites can generate you great amounts of traffic if you can answer questions in your area of expertise (it goes without saying that you need to ensure that your answering Questions that are related to your particular niche on the Internet).

Yahoo have a Question and Answer website that offers a complete question and answer service and it’s very helpful to use to get your name out there and known to people.

You do certainly need to be careful about what you post. Don’t expect to be able to just post a URL and get masses of traffic, you will find your “answer” voted down or even removed if you do this.

As I have mentioned a number times, providing relevant content and great quality will be far more valuable. Actually helping people out (by answering their question) will show you to be an “expert” in your market in no time flat.

The rules generally specify no “soliciting”, so answer the question and help someone out, with a detailed answer and then add a reference to your website for people to follow up for more information.

The other great reason to use Question and Answer sites (particularly Yahoo given that Google is not accepting new questions and answers) is that lots of websites syndicate the questions and answers for content on their website.

Because of this an increase in web site traffic happens.

As I mentioned before, Questions and Answers can also appear in search engine results. Of course the other benefit is that users of the question and answer sites themselves will get to your website from reading your responses.

Personally in my experience I treat the answering of questions as building up a presence on the Internet rather than a source of huge traffic to my websites, however it is certainly something that should not be ignored.

With that said, I believe it can be a great “return on investment” where for a relatively small investment of time (to answer questions) you can get a steady stream of traffic to your web site.

It’s common for individuals to not understand that every single time they go to a new web site they are actually performing a download. The only problem with this is that you need to constantly make sure that the links to the streaming video are all functioning properly.

If you are experiencing heavy user load, then you could opt to store all of your content on various servers, and have it loaded from the server that is the least busy. In doing this you reduce the amount of people trying to download from a single server. This means that wait times for the website to load are reduced and more people will come back to visit your website.

Physical downloads such as games, music, or other software must be allocated to different servers. Some servers can be designated as ‘premium’ servers and people who pay a monthly fee can be given access to increased speeds and additional content.

If you really feel its necessary you can use some SEO or what is known as keyword optimization. This is where you use words that are popular in search engine within your page or in the meta tags. By doing this you will ensure that those who search for those keywords on a search engine will see your website in the list, and as more people click on it, it will make it’s way upward in the rankings.

Setting up your own webpage is simple but making it the best webpage it can be is difficult. PLR content has become very hot recently, many people see them as an simple way to make an avalanche of money online. A lot of people find it hard to create their own, original articles, but there are a million ways of getting the articles they require.

There are many people offering Private Label Rights (PLR) articles but far too often people buy them but never actually use them. If you use these articles wisely then you will see the benefits from buying them. What you shouldn’t do is buy hoping to make money, while all the time they remain on you computer. The articles are worth far more to you if they are “out there” promoting your websites and products than when they are sitting on your hard disk gathering digital dust.

As you consider using PLR content you will be able to take advantage of articles in many different niches, and be able to sell those that are not relevant to your own niches. When you are rewriting these PLR articles you will be gaining a lot more knowledge on a topic and you might want to consider moving into that niche as well. So whilst it may seem like a tedious job, spending hours editing PLR material, I can assure you that the end rewards more than make up for those hours you spent typing away on your keyboard.
